Mr. Hiatt joined the Burlington Capital Group LLC in 1987 and has served as COO since 2003 and President of America First Real Estate Group, L.L.C. since 2004. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Hiatt was Chief Operating Officer of America First Properties Management, L.L.C. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Hiatt held asset management and accountant positions with the Company. Prior to that, Mr. Hiatt was Director of Finance for J.L. Brandeis and Sons and a senior accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Hiatt is a certified public accountant.
