Michael B.Yanney served since 1984 as the Chairman of the Burlington Capital Group LLC (formerly America First Companies, L.L.C.) and as Chairman Emeritus beginning in 2008. From 1977 until the organization of America First in 1984, Mr. Yanney was principally engaged in the ownership and management of commercial banks. From 1961 to 1977, Mr. Yanney was employed by FirsTier Bank (now part of U.S. Bank) for 16 years and was a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Yanney also serves as a member of the board of directors of Tetrad Holding Corporation and was formerly a director of Burlington Northern Santa Fee Corporation, Level 3 Communications, Inc., Freddie Mac Advisory Board, Durham Resources, Inc., Freedom Communications, Inc., Forest Oil Corporation, MFS Communications, Inc., PKS Information Services, Inc., Omaha Steaks, Telecom Technologies, Inc., and America First Apartment Investors.

Lisa Y. Roskens joined the Burlington Capital Group LLC as President in 2000 and in August 2001 was named CEO by the board of directors. In 2008, Ms. Roskens was named Chairman of the Board. From 1999 to 2000, Ms. Roskens was Managing Director of Twin Compass, LLC. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Roskens was employed by Inacom Corporation, where she held the position of Director of Business Development and Director of Field Services Development. From 1995 to 1997, Ms. Roskens served as Finance Director for the initial U.S. Senate campaign of Senator Charles Hagel of Nebraska. From 1992 to 1995, Ms. Roskens was an attorney with the Kutak Rock law firm in Omaha, Nebraska, specializing in commercial litigation.

Martin A. Massengale is President Emeritus of the University of Nebraska, Director of the Center for Grassland Studies and a Foundation Distinguished Professor. Prior to becoming President in 1991, he served as Interim President from 1989, as Chancellor of the University of Nebraska Lincoln from 1981 until 1991 and as Vice Chancellor for Agriculture and Natural Resources from 1976 to 1981. Previous to that time, he was a professor and associate dean of the College of Agriculture at the University of Arizona. Dr. Massengale served as a member of the Secretary of Agriculture National Advisory Board for Research, Extension, Education and Economics from 1998 through 2010 and as its chair from 2002-2010. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of BryanLGH Medical Center.

Gail Walling Yanney is a retired physician. Gail practiced Anesthesia as Dr. Walling from 1960 to 1986 and was with the Clarkson foundation from 1993 to 1995. In addition, she was a director of FirsTier Bank, N.A., Omaha, Nebraska, prior to its merger with First Bank, N.A. and served on the National Board of Nature Conservancy.

Mariann Byerwalter is Chairman of JDN Corporate Advisory, LLC. She was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Business Affairs of Stanford University from 1996 to 2001. Ms. Byerwalter was Executive Vice President of America First Eureka Holdings, Inc. (“AFEH”) and EurekaBank from 1988 to January 1996. Ms. Byerwalter was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of AFEH and Chief Financial Officer of EurekaBank from 1993 to January 1996. She was an officer of BankAmerica Corporation and it’s venture capital subsidiary from 1984 to 1987. She served as Vice President and Executive Assistant to the President of Bank of America and was a Vice President in the bank’s Corporate Planning and Development Department. Ms. Byerwalter currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company, SRI International, SchwabFunds, Redwood Trust, Inc., The Burlington Capital Group, and WageWorks. She is a member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees, and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Stanford Hospital and Clinics. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital.

George H. Krauss has been on the board of the Burlington Capital Group LLC since 1996. Mr. Krauss was of counsel to Kutak Rock LLP, a national law firm of over 300 lawyers headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Krauss was associated with Kutak Rock LLP from 1972 until 2006 and served as its managing partner from 1983 to 1993. Mr. Krauss also serves on the board of directors of MFA Mortgage Investments, Inc.

Dr. William Carter is retired from medical practice. He is a graduate of Butler University and Kansas University School of Medicine. He was appointed a Diplomat of the American Board of Otorhinolaryngology. He was in private practice in Omaha, Nebraska and was Managing partner for the Midwest ENT Group until his retirement in 1993.

Clayton K. Yeutter is Senior Advisor, International Trade at Hogan Lovells LLP, a major Washington D.C. law firm. He has served in that capacity since 1993, while also serving during that period as a director of several Fortune 500 companies. He presently sits on the board of Neogen Corporation. Dr. Yeutter occupied cabinet posts in both the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations, as U.S. Trade Representative in the former (1985-89) and Secretary of Agriculture in the latter (1989-91). Earlier in his career he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (1978-85).

Patrick J. Jung currently serves at the Chief Operating Officer or Surdell & Partners, LLC, an advertising company in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to his position with Surdell & Partners, LLC, Mr. Jung was a practicing certified public accountant with KPMG, LLP for thirty years. He is a member of the board of managers of Burlington Capital Group LLC (which includes America First Tax Exempt Investors, L.P., a publicly traded company) and serves on its audit and governance committees. Mr. Jung is also a member of the Board of Directors of Werner Enterprises, Inc. and serves on its audit and compensation committees. Werner, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, is a publicly traded transportation and logistics company engaged primarily in hauling truckload shipments of general commodities. Mr. Jung is also a member of the board of directors of Supertel Hospitality, Inc. and serves as its Audit Committee chair and as a member of its nominating committee. Supertel Hospitality, Inc., headquartered in Norfolk, Nebraska, is a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and acquires limited-service hotels in the United States.
