America First Financial Institutions Investment Fund, L.P.

The America First Financial Institutions Investment Fund, L.P. is a Delaware limited partnership which seeks to take advantage of the continuing consolidation of the financial services sector. The Fund invests primarily in equity securities issued by banks, savings & loans, insurance companies, and other providers of financial services. The general partner of the Fund is America First Financial Institutions Management, L.L.C., a registered investment advisor.

Partnership interests may be offered only to “accredited investors” as defined under the Securities Act and “qualified clients” as defined under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The minimum subscription amount is $1,000,000, unless waived by the general partner.
